CutOut

Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 August 2026

CutOut collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no server that ever sees your images. Every edit happens on your own device.

Your images

When you open an image, CutOut reads it into memory on your device, edits it there, and writes the result back to your photo library only when you tap Save. Images are never uploaded, transmitted, backed up to us, or shared with anyone. We have no way to see them.

Photo library access

CutOut asks iOS for permission to add a photo to your library so that it can save your edited image. You choose the image to edit through Apple's own photo picker, which hands CutOut only the single image you pick — the app cannot browse your library.

Data we collect

None. Specifically, CutOut does not collect or process:

Third parties

CutOut contains no third-party SDKs, trackers, or advertising networks. Nothing in the app makes a network request. The app works fully offline, in aeroplane mode, with no account.

Children

CutOut is safe for all ages. Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children either.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Since the app collects nothing, we do not expect meaningful changes.
